Okay, after a lot of trouble (and still not able to run tests properly in IntelliJ), I'm finally getting somewhere. One problem is that the order of UsernameTokenOutputProcessor and TimestampOutputProcessor conflicts. Both processors define in their constructors that they come after the other. That's certainly a problem when trying to make the order deterministic. Which one is supposed to come first?
