Eamon created a custom solr helm chart instead of the standard one which did
not have the library required to index polygons.
The new chart also updates the schema with a custom field type.
The update requires to re-ingest everything which has been started last Friday.
Only measure dataset does not work since longitude are [0, 360]. The coordinate
need to be converted on the fly.
