Updated response fields to 'variable_name' as-per the feedback received on Friday. Also added an extra test for multi-var sat to multi-var sat. Once [this](https://github.com/apache/incubator-sdap-ingester/pull/39) is merged and deployed to bigdata, the standard_name issue should be fixed for ascat l2 and I will add the new `cf_variable_name` field. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
