Implementation of a redirection feature which enable to seamlessly present collections hosted by alternate SDAP as provided by a main SDAP. This pull request requires https://github.com/apache/incubator-sdap-ingester/pull/52 on this ingester so that the ingestion supports (ie ignores) the remote collection configuration.
