On the job status page:
1. Update text for "title": "The current page" to something more meaningful
e.g. "Get job status"
2. Update text for "title": "Download results" to something more meaningful
e.g. "Download results as CSV", "Download results as NetCDF", "Download results
as JSON"
3. Can filename be passed from the /match_spark request endpoint to /jobs
endpoint so that the links returned in /jobs response can have user provided
filename?
