As you know, the project should not be making decisions at meetings. Discussions are fine, but sometimes there is no clear line between discussions and decisions. So, a good pattern is for the meeting to assign to people the task of starting an online discussion thread for each non-trivial topic. I saw that you did that with the question about the PMC Chair. And the discussion/vote about the logo was excellent. Let’s have more of that.
