SDAP has been used for various projects each with their own specific needs.
Sometimes, these can be particularly niche. It wouldn't make sense to bundle
algorithms that solve very particular problems or deal with singular datasets
that might not be of interest to the broader SDAP user community. Therefore, we
should facilitate users being able to develop their own packages of algorithms
that SDAP will host and run for them.
