Request per STV-FIS users.
Currently, user can provide collections for upper (canopy) and lower (ground)
bounds for valid tomogram data and this will be masked out. Current products
used for masking are lidar data (which should be considered truth) and
predicted DTM/DSM/CHM products from lidar/SAR fusion (which is more spatially
complete, but less accurate). Users would like to be able to use both, making
by more truthful data points where possible with both predicted and lidar
profiles annotated.
