Hi Sheng Wu, Currently, Alibaba's legal department has clarified the signing organization and signatories, awaiting for the completion of the final process. The process is expected to be completed before December 1st. Ant Group's legal department still has some issues with the signing format . There will be a major breakthrough in the progress next week.
