@jiayuasu cool. I'd suggest using an issue or conversation on Gitter first. If I recall, there are a few things going on. There was something around Envelope related to R-Trees, right? That issue may be easy enough to sort out. For the use of userData, I spoke to Martin about it previously (I poked at integrating GeoMesa and GeoSpark previously). He has some opinions about how userData should and shouldn't be used. That said, I think Sedona could handle the userData bits around JTS Geometries by sending all requests through a custom or specific GeometryFactory... (I may be misremembering details.)
