@netanel246 How about something like:
`System.setProperty("sedona.global.charset", "utf8")`? Note that: this system
property needs to be set in all executors (probably could be done together in a
udf or map).
If this is not the best practice, I think we would rather resort to the old
GeometrySer for Sedona SQL. What do you think?
