Currently, Apache Sedona can only load GeoTiff images and read the band values.
What if users want to make changes to the geotiff dataframe and write it back
on disk as a GeoTiff image? I will be adding GeoTiff transformation and write
support to Apache Sedona. However, this issue contains only write feature.
Another issue will be created for transformation feature.
