The bug fix in [SEDONA-183]
[#705|https://github.com/apache/incubator-sedona/pull/705] has inadvertently
made logging warnings very noisy. As we now check both {{spark.jars}} and
{{spark.yarn.dist.jars}} at least one will fail every time and generate a
warning
