Summary: Sedona-Flink should not depend on Sedona-Spark modules

Currently, Sedona-Flink depends on sedona-core and sedona-sql to perform
several critical functions. Since SEDONA-274 has been merged, we are ready to
completely clean up the relationship between Sedona-Flink and Sedona-Spark.
My plan is that Sedona-common is shared by Sedona-core/Sedona-sql and
Sedona-Flink. Sedona-Flink does not rely on sedona-core/sql any more.
In the next major release, we will merge all sedona-spark module to a single
sedona-spark modules.
