This is a follow-up ticket of 
[SEDONA-356|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SEDONA-356]. We'll change the 
following functions to accept geometries with WGS84 coordinates in lon/lat 
order:

* ST_DistanceSphere
* ST_DistanceSpheroid
* ST_AreaSpheroid
* ST_LengthSpheroid
