Libraries which depend on Apache Sedona need to use the SparkSession registered with Sedona. The Sedona Context active during a session can be utilized by those libraries instead of separately registering the Sedona Context. This PR adds methods to return the active Sedona Context. ## How was this patch tested? Unit tests were added.
