All imports in sedona.spark should be relying on the mandatory dependencies.
SedonaKepler and SedonaPyDeck rely on optional dependencies KeplerGL and
PyDeck. If users don't install them and call `from sedona.spark import *`, this
will crash.
This wrong behavior technically makes KeplerGL and PyDeck mandatory
dependencies. They must be optional.
