[I] Sedona website `latest-snapshot` page has a warning message saying it's not the latest snapshot [sedona]

   ## Expected behavior
   
   For the website the `latest-snapshot` page should not have the "yellow bar 
warning" at the top of the page saying:
   
   `You're not viewing the latest snapshot version. Click here to go to the 
latest snapshot.`
   
   ## Actual behavior
   
   Shown in the next image
