Fix For: 1.6.0
The RDD API of Sedona's PySpark binding only works with Shapely 1.7 or 1.8,
while the SQL API works with Shapely 1.7, 1.8, and 2.0. As Shapely 2.0 is
widely adopted, we should fully support Shapely 2.0 in PySpark binding.
