Fix For: 1.6.0
{{RS_ZonalStats}} and {{RS_ZonalStatsAll}} will return {{NULL}} when ROI does
not intersect with the raster in lenient mode. The original behavior is
throwing an exception, which may prevent useful queries from proceeding.
