This newly added function {{RS_ReprojectMatch(raster, referenceRaster}} is
inspired by the [{{reproject_match}} function in
rioxarray|https://corteva.github.io/rioxarray/html/rioxarray.html#rioxarray.raster_array.RasterArray.reproject_match].
The region of the output raster will be exactly the same as the reference
raster.
