[RESULT][VOTE] Release Apache Sedona 1.5.2-rc2

Dear all,
SEDONA-478 was not completely fixed in 1.5.2-rc2. We have to start a new
vote for 1.5.2-rc3 which completely fixed this bug.

This vote is now closed. The result of this vote is "not passed".
