Summary: Add spark prefix to all sedona spark config

Currently, all sedona spark configs start with the `sedona` prefix. Such
configs will be ignored by spark automatically and have to be manually set
during the runtime.
We will add the `spark` prefix to all existing configs and allow them to
co-exist in the config.
