GeoArrow is a widely adopted format for sharing geometry data via memory.
Although Sedona Spark / Flink / Snowflake are not using Arrow format, it is
gonna be useful to still produce GeoArrow format geometries.
Another byproduct of this is that the toPandas() function in Sedona Spark can
be able to use PyArrow completely.
