Currently only column names can be passed to geostats functions so things like
`dbscan(ST_Transform("geometry",...)` are not possible
h3. Tasks for this Issue
* create Column analogs of the geostats functions and make the existing
implementations wrappers.
* Modify Geostats SQL to allow passing non-AttributeReference fields
