The Geostats SQL work introduced a whole system for injecting Physical nodes to
handle evaluating SQL functions that require operations to be performed at the
level of the entire rdd/dataframe in that step (e.g. DBSCAN)
Sedona should reduce the friction for contributors or users to implement their
own "physical functions" that either are contributed back to sedona or live in
consumer systems.
