Hi Greg,

If you notice, we were in the post graduation transition from incubating to
TLP, when the notifcation e-mail was sent (around 3 weeks ago). Now as far
as I know everything should  be sent to dev@sentry.apache.org, as
dev@sentry.incubator should be deprecated. Thanks!
