[DISCUSS] Plan Sentry 2.1.0 release

Hi All,

The new feature that adds owner privileges to Hive databases and tables is
finally done (see SENTRY-2151). Now that we have more improvements and
fixes, I think is time to start planning the next Sentry release 2.1.0.
