All, 

Lab41 would be happy to host this event at our offices in Menlo Park.

However, we have a couple of security restrictions :

1. All participants must RSVP 2 weeks in advance.
2. We can't take any walk-ins.
3. We can only accommodate 25/30 people.

How does that sound to folks?
