Is there a way to kick this account out of Jira? I haven't work with ASF teams in a while, suppose we can ask Infra? We should preferably also remove their URL from the ticket, to not further promote the ASF Jira as spam-tool. (I tried, but don't have the necessary Jira rights) Lieven
