On the '1.3.x' branch:
* STATUS: Extend the r1712131 (Add support for building with VS2017) group
with recent changes from trunk that also allow selecting VS2019 and VS2022.
Include r1861036 that removes VC version 15.0, as it doesn't yet exist.
