Hi, this version has a breaking change problem of netty, see
https://github.com/netty/netty/commit/0d0c6ed782d13d423586ad0c71737b2c7d02058c
. If user do not properly set maxBufferedBytes the applications will fail and
have no way to handle it. So I will cancel this release and fix the problem
before calling a new vote.
So I vote -1 and will start a new vote soon.
