Two ways:
  * read the README.txt and do what's written there
  * read http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/SMX4NMR/1.+Quick+Start
and what's written there (use
http://people.apache.org/~gnodet/staging/servicemix-nmr-1.0-m1/features-nmr.xml
to point to the release instead of
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/servicemix/smx4/obr-repo/features-snapshot.xml
for the first command)

They are actually two different ways to deploy something on top of
ServiceMix Kernel, so it makes sense to test both :-D
