http://helpdesk.allmusic.com/video_com_ship.html#VDESC it is necessary to use
ctrl-a (ASCII code 1) as column separator, and ctrl-b (ASCII code 2) as line
separator. Existing code in SimpleFlatFileMarshaler does not allow using
non-printable characters for column separator, and does not allow to change
line separator at all. The attached patch provides these features.
