get exception like
javax.jbi.management.DeploymentException:
org.apache.cxf.wsdl11.WSDLRuntimeException: Part header1 defined as element
{uri:HelloWorld}HelloHeader1 which is not in the schema.
seems the schema validation rule in cxf changes cause this problem
