Well it's a good thing that someone actually did try to start it up on
Windows. But can it really be that none of the folks who offered a +1
vote on this release didn't actually try out the kernel on Windows? Or
is it possible that the issue you're experiencing is specific to the
version of Windows you're using, Guillaume?
