Do we really need this one ? I've update the components pom to use the maven-remote-resource-plugin, so the legal stuff can go away aready. The checkstyle stuff is a bit problematic to be included there, because it applies to all projects and sometimes, we need to add some exclusions, which would mean doing a release of this plugin, which is not a good idea imho. The last part, the spring.schemas is needed, but maybe it could deserve a better name than servicemix-build ?
