When interacting with JBI, you can explicitly set a MEP on the Camel JBI
endpoint (e.g. jbi:endpoint:urn:test:service:endpoint?mep=in-only). However,
even if you set this option, the MEP in the Camel Exchange still takes
precedence. We should change this to first look at the endpoint MEP instead.
