The first briefly explains one of the several methods to deploy JBI artifacts to smx4: using the "osgi install" command using the "jbi:xxx" urls, you can also just copy the artifacts in the deploy folder, or use the 'features' shell (which uses the 'osgi install' stuff underneath). The second page shows how you'll be able to install JBI components as plain OSGi bundles, and though it works in sxm4, the components have not been all updated to work this way.
