GWT Shell module on smx4 or servicemix-web-console on smx3

Hi,

There is a web console on ServiceMix 3 and have run and tested it. The UI seems 
ok. Do you think we can just use this and implement on ServiceMix 4? Or does 
anyone prefer to still create a new one using GWT?
But I think we still need to make this (web console on ServiceMix 3) as a 
bundle since ServiceMix 4 already uses bundled services?
