I'd rather release 1.0.0 and try to get some user feedback first and
resolve those together with SMX4KNL-87 in a 1.0.1 release.
We can always add this to the release notes (in a known issues section)
-- this is not something every Windows user will run into anyway, they
only see this if they to an 'admin create' to create a second instance
of the Kernel.
