No 'update' command on OSGi console

The SMX4 OSGi console does not have an update command. Other OSGi containers
such as Felix and Equinox do have such a command.
The command is handy while doing development on an OSGi bundle. Whenever you
have updated your bundle code, you can simply do an 'update 158' to update
bundle 158. To it saves you from having to uninstall and reinstall the bundle.
The SMX4 OSGi shell doesn't have this command. It does have a 'refresh'
command, but this doesn't have the effect described above.
