Todo:
- the endpoints should offer configuration possibilities for custom javamail
properties
--> map attribute for endpoints where users can define custom javamail
properties like mail.pop3.disableTop etc.
- actually the seen messages list for POP3 is never cleaned. There should be
some cleanup if mails are removed from
the pop3 folder.
