Started with latest SMX4KNL (1.1.0-SNAPSHOT) and installed the web feature
(from 4.0.0-m2-SNAPSHOT).
Tried deploying a simple hello.war (and exploded copy) via the deploy directory
but it was never deployed to Jetty correctly.
Added the 2 required manifest entries for Pax Web Extender as listed at
http://wiki.ops4j.org/confluence/display/ops4j/Pax+Web+Extender+-+War+-+OSGi-fy
Updated the exploded deploy/hello/ files and the app showed up on the /hello/
context.
Seems that [ 44] [Active ] [ 50] OPS4J Pax Url - war:, war-i: (0.3.2)
is not updating the manifest before it is passed to [ 42] [Active ] [
50] OPS4J Pax Web Extender - WAR (0.3.0)
