Missing bundles in servicemix-cxf-bc feature

When installing ServiceMix4 kernel, after adding the servicemix-cxf-bc, errors
are generated caused by 2 missing bundles: jms spec 1.1 and spring-tx
The error was solved by adding those bundles in the features.xml before the cxf
bundle.
