New version of the patch.
In CxfBcProvider, on must define Endpoint interceptors to handle WS-RM request
and response and in CxfBcProviderMessageObserver one uses the MessageObserver
defined in exchange when there is no MessageExchange to take care of WS-RM
message.
With this patch, CxfBcRMProviderTest is OK.
May be some of Endpoint interceptors are not necessary.
May be the modification of CxfBcProviderMessageobserver is a hack and not the
correct solution.
