Fix For: servicemix-mail-2009.01
If the sending of a polled mail into nmr fails for some reason, the connection
to the mail server stays opened and no further mail is polled.
When ending the endpoint the following messages are print in debug mode:

a8 CLOSE
a8 OK Completed
a9 LOGOUT
* BYE LOGOUT received
a9 OK Completed
