Add the cxf-ws-addressing example to the master features.xml so that this demo
may be conveniently deployed in the same way as the cxf-osgi example (i.e. via
"features install examples-cxf-ws-addressing").
Also provide a programmatic client runnable via "mvn compile exec:java", as
well a page of javascript runnable via a browser.
