We should add a goal to the features-maven-plugin to validate the features xml
file:
- do all the bundles exist?
- are all the imports from the bundles resolved?
Most of the code for reading manifest and looking up the bundles is already
available in the features-maven-plugin' generate-features-xml Mojo.
