CxfBcRMSequenceTest.testInactivityTimeout() fails intermittently on Windows.
We saw similar failures in the original CXF test, which I fixed there with some
re-jigging of the timeouts.
Since the SMX test is effectively a straight copy of the CXF one, a similar
change shoud be applied in the SMX case.
